Licence grant
After valid purchase, TYAVANTA grants the purchasing business a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the materials for its own internal business operations.
You may
- Copy materials for internal team members.
- Adapt templates to your own workflows and brand.
- Use outputs created from the materials in your normal business operations.
You may not
- Resell or publicly redistribute the raw files.
- Claim ownership of TYAVANTA source materials.
- Commercially repackage the product as your own template, prompt, or training pack.
- Share access links outside the purchasing business.
Intellectual property
TYAVANTA retains ownership of the original materials. You retain ownership of your own business information and are responsible for rights in anything you add.
