We may collect contact details, order and product information, support messages, technical logs, consent records, and basic analytics. Payment card information is handled by the payment provider and is not stored by TYAVANTA.
How we use information
We use information to operate checkout and fulfilment, provide support, prevent abuse, measure site performance, meet legal obligations, and—only where a lawful basis exists—send optional marketing.
Service providers
We may use Cloudflare for hosting, security, storage, and analytics; a merchant-of-record payment provider for checkout and tax; and a transactional email provider. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and rights
Order records are retained as required for accounting, legal, fraud, and support purposes. Support records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing.
